Who We Are
EPS Investing is a Vietnam-based boutique advisory firm providing two closely connected services: Vietnam Investment Advisory and Vietnam Industrial Advisory.
Vietnam Investment Advisory helps investors identify, assess, access and advance credible projects, investment platforms, sponsors and strategic partnerships in Vietnam.
Vietnam Industrial Advisory supports companies and industrial investors establishing or expanding operations in Vietnam. EPS helps define project requirements, identify suitable locations and facilities, assess development options and partners, organize site visits and coordinate the local ecosystem required for implementation.
Our role is to help clients clarify their objectives, identify and assess relevant opportunities or options, reach the people who can make decisions, understand the investment, commercial, policy, legal and implementation context, and organize a credible pathway forward.
Anchored in Vietnam, EPS supports Vietnamese and international investors and companies pursuing investment and industrial development opportunities. We work selectively and focus on assignments where our local relationships, informed judgment, disciplined assessment, coordination and follow-through can create practical value.

Industrial Infrastructure
EPS supports investors considering industrial parks, industrial energy solutions, production infrastructure and related project platforms where commercial structure, sponsor capability, financing logic, policy considerations and execution readiness must be assessed together.
Manufacturing
EPS supports investors assessing manufacturing projects, industrial platforms, production partnerships and other opportunities connected with Vietnam’s expanding industrial base.
When an industrial opportunity progresses into location selection, factory planning, ready-built facility selection, build-to-suit development or local project implementation, EPS may provide further support through Vietnam Industrial Advisory.

Particular attention is given to renewable energy, industrial infrastructure and manufacturing, where project logic, sponsor credibility, financial considerations, governance, policy context and implementation readiness often need to be assessed together.
Vietnam Industrial Advisory
EPS supports companies and industrial investors establishing or expanding operations in Vietnam. We help clarify operating and facility requirements, identify suitable industrial locations, compare industrial land, ready-built and build-to-suit options, assess development partners, organize site visits and coordinate the local parties required to move toward implementation.
Depending on the project, EPS may coordinate access to industrial park developers, industrial real estate providers, legal and regulatory advisors, design and construction partners, logistics providers, technical specialists and other members of the industrial ecosystem.
Across both services, EPS focuses on improving the quality of opportunity selection, local insight, preliminary assessment, partner engagement and coordination. Vietnam Investment Advisory helps determine where further investment work is justified; Vietnam Industrial Advisory helps translate a defined industrial plan into a practical local pathway.
