Le Trung Nam
Investment, Corporate Finance, Project Structuring & Coordination – 25+ years
Nam is the CEO of EPS Investing, with more than 25 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, project structuring, governance, restructuring, negotiation and multi-party coordination.
At the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), he participated in managing investments valued at approximately USD 200 million on behalf of the Vietnamese State. He later held senior positions including CFO, CEO, Chairman and Board Member across several businesses.
His experience includes supporting Finnish companies entering the Vietnamese market, managing and restructuring businesses, negotiating a USD 185 million EPC contract for a hydropower project in Laos and participating in the investment preparation for a green hydrogen project in Vietnam.
At EPS, Nam leads assignment framing, initial assessment, option structuring, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and overall coordination.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He completed the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program and the GIZ-supported Partnering in Business with Germany programme.
Tran Thanh Hao
Foreign Investment, Real Estate, Legal & Project Implementation – 20+ years
Hao is a senior legal professional with more than 20 years of experience in foreign investment, real estate, legal due diligence, ownership structuring, contracts, compliance and project implementation in Vietnam.
She is currently Head of Legal and Compliance at BW Industrial Development. Her previous experience includes roles at VI Group, VinaCapital, Warburg Pincus-backed businesses and Baker McKenzie.
Hao has participated in more than 50 transactions with a combined value exceeding USD 2 billion, working with investors, banks, law firms, project developers, business partners and government authorities.
At EPS, she supports the assessment of foreign-investment conditions, ownership structures, legal due diligence, contracts, compliance requirements and project development and implementation pathways.
She is a licensed lawyer in Vietnam and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program and a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University.
Tran Phi Tuan
Strategic Communications, Journalism & Stakeholder Engagement – 25+ years
Tuan has more than 25 years of experience in journalism, strategic communications, corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement.
He previously worked at Saigon Times, Forbes Vietnam and Tuoi Tre, covering investment, trade, business and the operating environment in Vietnam.
His experience helps clients identify influential stakeholders, understand their interests, assess communications risks and develop an appropriate approach to engagement.
At EPS, Tuan supports stakeholder mapping, issue assessment, communications strategy and positioning for investment, market-access and business-cooperation assignments.
He holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, where he graduated with distinction.
Nguyen Minh Tuan
Market Development, Business Operations & Distribution Channels – 25+ years
Tuan has more than 25 years of experience in market development, business operations, technology, distribution, account management and commercial growth.
He previously held senior positions at FPT Distribution and Schneider Electric Vietnam and has worked with Viettel, Tecapro, Intel, IBM, Microsoft and CyberPower Systems.
He is currently Country Manager of CyberPower Vietnam. Under his leadership, the company developed from a new market entrant into one of the leading businesses in its segment.
At EPS, Tuan supports the identification and assessment of customers, distributors and commercial partners, as well as routes to market, operating models and practical implementation requirements in Vietnam.
He holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, completed a mini-MBA programme at Macquarie University and holds an executive-management certificate from Harvard University.
Nguyen Dinh Cuong
Foreign Investment, Corporate Legal, Contracts & Compliance – 20+ years
Cuong is a senior legal professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate legal matters, foreign investment, commercial contracts, compliance and legal support for business operations in Vietnam.
He is currently Head of Legal at Novartis. Before joining Novartis, he was Senior Legal Manager at Sanofi, providing legal support to its Industrial Affairs function and three manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
His experience covers company establishment, commercial contracts, distribution arrangements, procurement, manufacturing, sales, operations and compliance.
At EPS, Cuong supports the assessment of foreign-investment and market-access conditions, corporate structures, commercial contracts, distribution arrangements and compliance requirements for foreign companies operating in Vietnam.
He holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
Nham Ngoc Quynh Nhu
External Relations, Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Engagement – 12+ years
Nhu has more than 12 years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing and corporate social responsibility.
She is currently External Communications Manager at Greenfeed Group. She previously worked at VinaCapital Foundation, Loc Troi Group and VinaCapital.
At EPS, Nhu supports stakeholder identification and coordination, local relationship development, external communications and engagement with relevant organisations, communities and partner groups.
She holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management and a Master’s degree in Advanced Marketing and Communications Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
