Le Trung Nam
Coporate Restructuring & Investment – Corporate Governance & Capital Transactions – 25+ years
Nam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in finance, specializing in corporate finance, investment management, as well as corporate governance.
Throughout his career, Nam has held key positions at the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) – Southern Branch, where he and colleagues managed a USD 200 million portfolio on behalf of the Vietnamese government. His experience spans multiple industries, including manufactoring, real estate, construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy where he has played a critical role in financial restructuring efforts.
His strategic initiatives have brought significant improvements in revenue and profitability for companies such as Steel Builder Vietnam and Construction Corporation 47 within just two years. Currently, Nam is actively involved in various renewable energy projects, most notably a USD 185 million deal for the Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project in Xiang Khouang Province, Laos.
Nam holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), a Graduate Certificate in Applied Economics and Public Policy from the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (Harvard University and UEH), Certificate of Advanced Business Management from GIZ, Germany.
Tran Thanh Hao
Corporate Legal Counsel – M&A and Investment Structuring – 20+ years
Hao is a seasoned legal professional with more than 20 years of legal experience in property management, M&A transactions, and investment fundraising.
Currently, Hao is the Head of Legal and Compliance at BW Industrial Development JSC. Previously, she worked at prominent investment firms such as VI Group, VinaCapital, portfolio companies of Warburg Pincus, and top law firms including Baker & McKenzie.
Her expertise includes deal structuring, legal due diligence, document drafting, contract negotiation, and project implementation. She has collaborated with a variety of stakeholders, including investors, banks, lawyers, and government agencies.
Hao has been involved in numerous major projects across M&A, logistics, fundraising, real estate development, and fund establishment. She has participated in over 50 transactions with a total value of nearly USD 2 billion.
She is a licensed attorney in Vietnam and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (Harvard University and UEH) and a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University.
Tran Phi Tuan
Strategic Communications – Economics & Corporate Affairs – 25+ years
Tuan has over 25 years of experience in communications management, economics, and corporate governance.
He began his career as a lecturer in the English Department after graduating from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, majoring in English Language and Literature and International Relations. In 2008, he transitioned into journalism, working as a reporter for Saigon Times, later for Forbes Vietnam and Tuoi Tre newspaper, specializing in business, investment, and trade coverage.
His deep understanding of political, economic, and social issues has made him a sought-after communications consultant, contributing to both public and private sector projects. His work includes organizing and developing content for leading companies.
Tuan holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Nguyen Minh Tuan
Business Strategy & Operations – Market Development & Channel Management – 25+ years
Tuan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. His expertise includes business development, operations, account management, and channel sales, consistently driving growth and profitability for leading companies such as Viettel, Tecapro, Intel, FPT Distribution, IBM, Microsoft, Schneider Electric, and CyberPower Systems Inc.
Before joining CyberPower, Tuan held key positions including Sales Manager and Deputy Director at FPT Distribution, as well as Country Channel Sales Director at Schneider Electric Vietnam.
In his current role as Country Manager of CyberPower Vietnam, he has played a critical role in achieving significant business growth and improving operational efficiency. Under his leadership, CyberPower rose from 0% to a top 5 market share in Vietnam.
His core strengths include Operations Management, Sales & Marketing Strategies, Business Development, P&L Management, B2C & B2B Sales, GTM Development, Contract Negotiation, and Tender Management.
Tuan holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, a Mini MBA from Macquarie University, and a Management Certificate from Harvard University.
Nguyen Dinh Cuong
Corporate & Foreign Investment Law – Pharmaceuticals & FDI Compliance – 20+ years
Cuong is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in corporate law, foreign investment, and legal advisory in Vietnam.
He is currently the Head of Legal at Novartis, where he has led the legal department for nearly seven years, overseeing all legal aspects of the business. From 2012 to 2017, Cuong served as Senior Legal Manager at Sanofi.
In this role, he managed legal affairs across a wide range of pharmaceutical portfolios, including Ethical, Consumer Healthcare (CHC), Vaccines, Diabetes, and Genzyme. He was also instrumental in supporting Industrial Affairs operations, providing legal counsel on corporate matters, distribution, procurement, medical and regulatory affairs, as well as quality management for three manufacturing plants in Vietnam.
Cuong holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
Nham Ngoc Quynh Nhu
Corporate Communications – External Relations & CSR – 12+ years
Nhu is a seasoned communicator with over 12 years of experience in investment firms and major corporations in Vietnam. Her expertise spans marketing, communications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), focusing on enhancing public image and stakeholder relationships.
Currently, Nhu is the External Communications Manager at Greenfeed Group, where she leads strategic communication initiatives to strengthen the company’s public image and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Previously, she served as Director of External Relations at VinaCapital Foundation, leading the Marketing Communications and Events Department, redesigning the organization’s marketing strategy, and expanding its media network. She also worked as CSR Manager at Loc Troi Group and Senior PR Specialist at VinaCapital.
Nhu holds a Master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, and a Master’s in Advanced Marketing & Communications Management from Solvay Brussels School.
